Middleton is a vibrant city just northwest of Madison with a population of approximately 16,000.  With close proximity to Highway 12/18 and University Avenue, this beautiful community offers its residents convenient access to Madison’s west side and downtown.

Middleton was voted “America’s Best Place to Live” (for populations under 50,000) in 2007 and it is easy to see why!  The amenities in Middleton are gorgeous and abundant.  The Pheasant Branch Conservancy and Pheasant Branch Creek Trail system offer beautiful scenery and miles and miles of recreational opportunities.  Lake Mendota offers Middleton residents opportunities for fishing, boating, kayaking, sailing, and much more.

Middleton’s historic downtown includes great restaurants and unique boutiques, coffee shops, a public library, and is also home to the National Mustard Museum.  There are so many great small businesses in Middleton; it is amazing the Chamber of Commerce can keep up!  There are also lots of choices for fitness and health conscious consumers.

Middleton also offers amazing amenities for sports and leisure enthusiasts.  Some of these amenities include: a beautiful aquatic center, a sprinkler park, tennis courts, golf courses, more than one sports complex, perfectly manicured baseball diamonds, and an ice arena.
